If at any time during your stay, our beaches become unusable due to the BP oil spill and a guest chooses to depart, 3 Palms will give a full refund from the day a guest stay is affected. If a guests chooses to stay in house and the beaches are affected by the BP oil spill, a 50% refund will be offered from the day the stay is affected.
